Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation initiatives to drive new Hatch leads and nurture our existing database of leads ( familiar and executed on Demand Gen Funnel - Top, Middle, Bottom SaaS best practices) - Experience in SMB and MidMarket SaaS is PARAMOUNT.  

  • Mastery of supporting Partnership Channels in SaaS SMB and MidMarket.  

  • You know how to CREATE channels on your own - you have experience with building channels, but if your experience doesn't apply exactly, you can easily pivot and try new channels until they work for Hatch. 

  • Improve operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance and ROI of marketing spend - You understand your metrics, cold. 

  • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing automation system (i.e., Hubspot) to better nurture leads, increase conversion rates to marketing qualified leads - you know how to improve conversions, cold. 

  • Develop integrated paid and organic programs that significantly increase the marketing database and overall pipeline (e.g., Google PPC, content marketing, webinars, events)

  • Build and manage (strategy, coaching, focus, execution, accountability) 3 Demand Generation Specialists (Content, Campaigns, Conversions, Events)

  • Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate sound decision making and next steps

Job requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in demand generation with B2B SaaS organizations (preferably SMB/Mid-Market)

  • Master at developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand programs and campaigns

  • Demonstrated analytical ability, specifically around program measurement and ROI, and program execution skills

  • Proven experience in managing the creation of marketing materials

  • Experience influencing and communicating product offers to customers, prospects, and sales professionals demonstrated by excellent written (including copywriting and proofreading) and oral communication skills

  • Strong project management skills and experience with superb attention to detail.

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce.com, Hubspot, ChiliPiper, etc.
