The Channel Marketing Manager, together with the Hatch team and a growing Marketing Department, will be responsible for supporting marketing strategies to increase lead generation and pipeline growth for Hatch. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Biz Dev, working to achieve marketing goals using both strategic planning and tactical execution. You will track and review campaign performance and generate recommendations based on learnings to establish best practices.


Hatch’s current network of partners is dedicated to providing the tools, strategies, and support to their members and customers to help them be successful. As a leader in helping home improvement contractors maximize their marketing ROI, Hatch works closely with each of these partners to develop and execute against strategic marketing plans and strategic initiatives that drive value for all parties.

What You'll Do

  • Manage campaign creation and execution of digital marketing strategies to acquire new leads at scale with success measured in qualified opportunity conversions.

  • Effectively understand and drive towards lead goals and CPL targets.

  • Contribute to detailed analysis of campaign effectiveness including segmentation, and creative targeting.

  • Analyze, and disseminate comprehensive reporting.

  • Manage and collaborate with the marketing team on tactics and creative to cultivate lead generation and to ensure campaigns are in alignment with positioning and long-term goals.

  • Lead outreach efforts and own the voice of Hatch through content, webinars, and events.

  • Manage lead processing and workflows for targeted digital programs.

  • Support content to create a dynamic, engaging and authentic brand experience that reflects our Hatchitudes.

  • Never satisfied with the status quo, you are always looking to raise the bar.

How You'll Win

  • Meet or exceed our revenue targets. That’s the goal. The other metrics (MQL, SAL, SQL) are KPIs but we care about revenue. (Note: our sales team is second to none. If you give them a lead, they’ll sell it. Seriously; our funnel metrics are unbelievable.)

  • Streamline and optimize Partner onboarding.

  • Drive Partner Success and Adoption of new product goals.

Job requirements

    What You'll Need

    • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing on the agency or corporate side.

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience leading strategic partner / channel marketing activities.

    • 3+ year or more experience working with LinkedIn/Facebook campaign management.

    • Proficient knowledge of lead scoring and nurturing techniques.

    • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis, and agility to quickly understand the relationship between marketing results and business outcomes.

    • Comprehensive knowledge of productivity suites (O365, Google Workspace).

    • Demonstrable experience of sales and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach), analytics (e.g., Google), and CMS.

    • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

    • Ambitious yet flexible self-starter who can independently manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

    • Strong storytelling in all media, with an eye for detail and a keen sense of creativity.

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar field or related business experience.
