Account Executive or Senior Account Executive

Now more than ever, the home services space is entering the technology world through automation. You will talk to companies with annual revenue of $1 million to $50 million in this role. This is an underserved market with historic problems gaining more appointments or closing more deals through Technology.

Our technology is integrated into their daily operations and workflows to provide an omnichannel communication platform to help drive an inbound conversation and give our prospects more at-bats with closing more deals. Our sales team at Hatch is collaborative with all of us focusing on two specific goals: to increase revenue for Hatch and our clients. You will have the ability to grow at Hatch where we are seeing 100% growth year over year.



About this role:

  • Prospect into inbound leads to identify the pain points of the prospect and facilitate a demonstration with them.

  • Understand the competitive landscape (strengths, weaknesses, benefits) to best position Hatch in the market.

  • Collaborate with Account Management and Implementation teams to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met.


Job requirements

Do you have the right skill set?

  • Consistent success in an inbound lead via organic or partner, closing experience required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Passion for sales and a self-driven sense of motivation

  • The ability to act as a consultant and get prospects to think differently about their business

  • The devil is in the details. Have the ability to be detail-oriented and organized throughout your day to ensure you are constantly filling your pipeline.

  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience


This is a salary and commission-based role. The salary is $65k-90k depending on closing experience and skill set.
